What links have we outside Worcester?

Worcester Wado-Ryu is affiliated to the Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Federation. The Federation’s Chief Instructor is Mr. George Grimes 7th Dan Renshi.

The Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Federation is in turn affiliated to the Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Academy, of which the Chief Instructor is Mr. Masufumi Shiomitsu 8th Dan Hanshi.

The Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Academy is an official representative body for the International Federation of Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Organisations whose President is the 2nd Grandmaster of Wado-Ryu, H. Ohtsuka II Saiko-Shihan.

The club’s instructors regularly train with the above three leading authorities on Wado-Ryu Karate-Do.

As you can see if you visit the abovementioned organisations’ websites, we are part of an international network of martial arts clubs, all of which train to the same high standard set by the Wado-Ryu Karate-Do Academy.
